Yes. You’ll need to complete Level 2 classes and receive coach approval before joining competitive training.

Most fighters train 4–6 days a week, combining technical, strength, conditioning, and sparring sessions.

You’ll need your own sparring gear: headgear, 16oz gloves, mouthguard, wraps, and groin protector. We’ll guide you on the rest.
