Intro to Boxing (All New Members)

Four Levels, One Fight Path

A safe, supportive intro class designed to set you up for success. Learn the basics with others at your level before joining Level 1.

Level 1 – Beginner Classes

Master stance, footwork, punches, and defense. Small group coaching ensures you build strong fundamentals from day one.

Level 2 & 3 – Intermediate & Expert

Move into light-contact and sparring. Learn ring strategy, build power, and refine your technique with high-level coaching and metrics.

Boxing classes FAQ

  • We offer four: Intro, Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate), and Level 3 (Expert/Competitive).

  • You’ll learn how to wrap your hands, stance, footwork, and basic punches in a supportive beginner environment.

  • Not at all. Intro is designed for people who’ve never boxed before. Everyone starts somewhere.

  • Within your first two weeks. You’ll learn to hit and hold pads, building timing and technique as you go.

  • No, but classes are small enough that you get individual feedback and personal guidance every time you train.

  • We recommend 2–3 sessions a week for new boxers. Closer-together sessions help you retain skills and progress faster.

  • Coaches track your progress through assessments. When you’re ready, we’ll invite you to level up.

  • No. Light contact starts in Level 2. Level 3 and Competitive classes include full-contact sparring.

  • With evaluations, punch power tracking, and the Avos Battery test—so you always know what’s improving.

  • We don’t just run workouts. We run programs—with purpose, structure, and measurable results.
