No. If you’re training seriously and want real performance benchmarks, this is for you.

The ABB is a 90-minute performance assessment, including the structured warm-up and all in-gym testing. Every ABB also includes a take-home component to be completed independently, following the detailed instructions provided.

Yes. We recommend retesting every 3–6 months for competitors or active programming, and every 6–12 months for recreational athletes.
